Perhaps some of our Cheapsters were still reserving judgment on the fast start our Indiana Pacers have gotten off to this season. They may be on pace to tie the best regular season record in NBA history and be sitting comfortably on top of the standings, but maybe the 18-3 record they started with this week still wasn’t enough to convince you it wasn’t all a fluke. After all, the Miami Heat were still the elephant in the room.
If so, we hope those last doubts were quashed this week when the Pacers hosted the Heat and asserted their hold atop the standings. The Pacers beat the Heat, sending their record to an impressive 19-3. We know many of you have been paying attention, as viewership on Fox Sports Indiana has increased 113% over last year for the Pacers games.
