It’s the big question on every Mac fanatic’s mind: what will the Apple stores reveal for their Black Friday special.
As of Wednesday night, it’s the best kept secret in retail.
An email sent to Apple customers this week stated: “This Friday, there’s something for everyone. Including you. Prepare your gift list: The one-day Apple shopping event is this Friday, November 23.” Yah, not helpful. However, we do have this good news: Apple will hold a one-day only shopping event starting midnight on Friday— the store at The Fashion Mall at Keystone at the Crossing will open at 8 a.m.
Last year, Apple’s BF deals included discounts of around $20 on iPad 2 and iPod Touches. Experts are guessing it will be accessories on sale this year.
The sure deals are the ones retailers are dangling. Buy an Apple iPad with retina displays at Target for the MSP of $499 and get a $60 Target gift card. Best Buy is distributing tickets to customers in line at 10 p.m. on Thursday, November 22, for iPod touch 32GB MP3 players (5th generation) bundled with a $50 Best Buy gift card for $295. The iPod Nano 16GB (7th generation) device will be bundled with a $20 gift card for $145. Best Buy is also offering $100 Apple iTunes gift cards for $80 and a 13″ MacBook Air for $1,024.
