Pei Wei Asian Diner calls itself “East of Usual.” Here in Indianapolis, you can find Pei Wei east of Broad Ripple at 6159 N. Keystone Avenue. They serve a variety of dishes including an extensive noodle and rice bowl menu, as well as dishes with signature flavors. One particular item Pei Wei prides itself on, however, is the lettuce wraps.
As of now, you can choose from three delectable lettuce wrap flavors:
- Traditional Chicken (fairly self-explanatory)
- Thai Chicken – featuring citrus soy sauce, red onions, red peppers, cilantro, and mint
- Korean Steak – featuring Korean red chile sauce, carrots, bean sprouts, cucumbers, and toasted sesame seeds
Not everyone will agree which of these three flavors is the best, but Pei Wei wants your opinion and feedback on the subject. For that reason, you can vote on your favorite lettuce wrap option at the Pei Wei Facebook page. If you do so before the contest ends on July 5, you will immediately be given a BOGO coupon.
