Two ways to save on the Christmas Gift and Hobby Show

Kick off your Christmas shopping in style.

We know many of the sales will pop up the closer we come to Black Friday. However, you can get a jump start on your Christmas shopping at the Indiana State Fairgrounds starting today and continuing through the week. The Christmas Gift & Hobby Show is taking place from Wednesday November 6 through Sunday, November 10 at the West Pavilion of the Fairgrounds. The following are the hours you can shop this week:

  • Wednesday and Thursday – 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • Friday and Saturday – 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
  • Sunday – 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Generally, the admission to the Christmas Gift & Hobby Show costs $10 for adults. Children aged 12 and under are FREE, and seniors pay only $7 on Wednesday and Thursday. However, we know of two ways to save money on your admission to the Christmas Gift & Hobby Show. First, you can click here for a coupon. You’ll need to provide your name and email address once you are there, and you’ll be sent a coupon for $2 off.

The other opportunity to save money on admission is through giving. Each day is devoted to a different charity, and show  staff on hand will present you with a $3 off coupon at the door in exchange for a donation.

Wednesday (11/6) New, unwrapped toy for Santa’s Elves of Indy.
Thursday (11/7) Bag of new socks for Gennesaret Free Clinics.
Friday (11/8) 3 canned goods for Circle City Relief. Each donor will also receive a $1 off coupon for a Man-Can candle made out of a recycled soup can that once fed the poor.
Saturday (11/9) 3 cans of cat/dog food OR a cleaning supply/dry food for Indianapolis Animal Care & Control and Cat’s Haven.
Sunday (11/10): Bag of gently used clothing for Goodwill’s Project Collect & Connect Program. For every 13-gallon kitchen trash bag of clothes collected, Goodwill will give the show a $5 clothing voucher, which goes to Santa’s Elves of Indy and will be awarded to a Santa’s Elves of Indy family. (Can be any type of bag)
