It is tough to consider a Christmas music collection complete if you don’t have at least a song or two from the Trans-Siberian Orchestra in your repertoire. And if you are like most Cheapsters wondering why we are discussing Christmas music in October, rest assured that we know we haven’t even had Halloween yet. However, tickets are already on sale for the Trans-Siberian Orchestra concerts at 3:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Sunday, December 9 at Banker’s Life Fieldhouse. Because this is such an Indianapolis holiday tradition, you need to hear about it early before all the tickets sell out. This particular event will bring out the Trans-Siberian Orchestra’s all-new show “The Lost Christmas Eve.”
A portion of the proceeds from every ticket sold for both shows will benefit the Shepherd Community Center, a group dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty in our city. That’s not the only incentive for you to purchase tickets early on, however. Right now, if you visit Ticketmaster.com and purchase tickets, you will be offered a FREE download of the Trans-Siberian Orchestra’s newest album release “Dreams of Fireflies (On a Christmas Night),” which you will be able to redeem on October 30. If you’re ready for what is being referred to as “a Rock holiday tradition for a new generation,” go grab those tickets before they are all snatched up.
