Sweet Tooth Tuesday at Carmel City Center

Hubbard & Cravens will provide dessert samples.

It would probably be too easy of a pun for us to start this post by remarking on what a “sweet” deal this is. That would indeed be too Carmel-corn-y of a pun, so lets just move on to the Sweet Tooth Tuesday event coming up tomorrow at the Carmel City Center.

All the fun takes place from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 18. Essentially, we’re talking about two separate fun activities happening at the same time. For any visitors who may not be as familiar with Carmel as our north side Cheapsters, the Carmel City Center is located on the southwest corner of Rangeline Road and City Center Drive. Once you arrive, it should be easy to find the Sweet Tooth Tuesday events.

First of all, you’ll want to take the kids to “Fun with Fannie.” Between the storefronts of Jack & Jill Children’s Shoppe and Bath Junkie, this portion of Sweet Tooth Tuesday will consist of your kids receiving airbrush tattoos. These tattoos can be applied to any part of the body except the face, and they last approximately two to five days. At the same time, enjoy the mini-cupcake samples from Holy Cow and the ice cream and cookie samples from Hubbard & Cravens.

The second event coinciding with Sweet Tooth Tuesday is a lemonade stand located by Polleo Systems, Inc. Holly and Preston Summers are operating the lemonade stand, and donating a portion of the proceeds to the Best Buddies Organization. Between the food samples and the lemonade, your sweet tooth will get a real treat on Tuesday. And if you want to take that opportunity to do some shopping on the side, more power to you.
