Summer usually involves spending more time enjoying the great outdoors and relishing the extra daylight. That doesn’t mean, however, that all indoor entertainment is out. And AMC Theaters is making a compelling case for your summer nights, offering $3 movies for a great cause.
AMC Theaters offers the newest releases on their big screens, as always. However, Summer Nights is a promotion in which AMC Theaters brings back big movies from the past year or so and plays them for just $3 a ticket. All of the Summer Nights movies begin at 10:00 p.m., meaning you won’t miss any of the extra summer daylight. AMC Theaters just began the Summer Nights promotion last night, and it will continue through August 14.
Perhaps the best part of all is that AMC Theaters is giving a portion of the revenues raised by Summer Nights to three different causes in our community. These include Autism Society, Autism Speaks, and the Will Rogers Institute. Here’s the full schedule of movies:
June 24-26: The Dark Knight Rises
July 1-3: Django Unchained
July 8-10: The Amazing Spiderman
July 15-17: The Hunger Games
July 22-24: Olympus Has Fallen
July 29-31: OZ The Great and Powerful
August 5-7: G.I. Joe: Retaliation
August 12-14: Oblivion
