St. Elmo is the star
If you haven’t heard that Indianapolis is the setting for this week’s Parks & Recreation episode … well, you haven’t hung out with the right people at Twitter. The city is buzzing with our latest celebrity brush, so the owners at St. Elmo Steak House are turning the fun into fundraising.
You are invited to its official Parks & Recreation viewing party to cheer familiar sites (hmmm, including Rob Lowe and company at St. Elmo’s) during the 8:30 pm broadcast on NBC this Thursday, January 17. The pre-show dinner will hold approximately 80 Hoosiers in the Tony Holman Room, and 100% of the proceeds from the meals will go to the Indianapolis Parks and Recreation department. (Clever, huh?) To reserve your seat, call 317.635.0636 and mention Parks & Recreation when reserving. Seating times are 6 and 6:30 pm.
Or, if you want a more low-keyed approach, you’re welcome to hang out at the sister restaurant, 1933 Lounge on the second floor, where the staff will have both the episode on the TVs and FREE snacks.
