Looking for a fun activity you can do with your young child? You have three opportunities to join with Express Kids for singing and sign language. The event will be hosted by Miss Elaine at three branches of the Indianapolis Public Library. Children aged 5 or younger can accompany an adult in using music and sign language with the help of puppets and whole-body learning.
Express Kids has been educating children through music and sign language and is partnered with organizations including the Methodist Children’s Hospital. Elaine Shepherd Akermann (Miss Elaine) holds a Doctor of Music Education Degree in Music Theory from the University of Oklahoma, and continues writing music designed to be educational yet still engaging and entertaining.
Indianpolis Public Library is pleased to host these Sing and Sign events with Express Kids, and invites you to join in on one of the three remaining dates and time:

- East Washington Branch – 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday November 28
