California Pizza Kitchen: The California Pizza Kitchen Rewards program is similar to Champps. For every $100 you spend at California Pizza Kitchen, you’ll receive $5 of Pizza Dough to redeem on your next visit. When you sign up, you’ll also receive a FREE small plate.
