The Airport seems like a sensible place to meet a man with flying reindeer, don’t you think?
We at Indianapolis On The Cheap know that one of the great joys for kids this time of year is meeting with Santa. For parents, these are photo opportunities that only come around so many times.
With that in mind, this is the first opportunity we have found this year to see Santa for FREE. This Saturday November 24, Santa will be arriving at the Indianapolis Airport. Apparently he is offering the reindeer a chance to rest and prepare for Christmas Eve, as he will arrive in a fire truck that will bring him across the tarmac. Kids can watch his grand entrance from the food court area of the airport.
The festivities last from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and kids can talk to and have their pictures taken with Santa, as well as visit with the Pacemates. Parking is FREE if you register onsite with Santa’s workers. We’ll see you and the big man in red at the airport this weekend.
