It is always neat to see a local performer rise to stardom. It makes us feel special and important, and we want to see those stars do well. Perhaps the best part about a star beginning in our area, though? The fact that they often return home to perform for us. Megan and Liz are just that kind of homegrown stars, and you have the opportunity to see them perform tonight for FREE.
Megan and Liz Mace are fraternal twin sisters who were born in South Bend and went on to form an American pop girl band. Both are songwriters while Megan is the guitarist. They rose to stardom by posting cover songs on Youtube, and eventually moved to Nashville to continue their performance careers. Local radio station 99.5 WZPL is sponsoring the return of Megan and Liz to Indianapolis to provide a FREE concert to their many fans here.
All you have to do is show up at 5:00 p.m. in Futura Park at Metropolis Mall in Plainfield on Thursday December 6. Megan and Liz will be performing an intimate acoustic set. You will hear their hit single “Bad For Me,” which you can take a sneak peek at here if you’re interested. You can’t beat a FREE concert, so we hope to see you in Plainfield tonight.
