We at Indianapolis On The Cheap do not consider ourselves an event calendar. So the fact that the Rock and Worship Roadshow is coming to Indianapolis on Saturday, February 9 at Banker’s Life Fieldhouse is not our news in and of itself — we are about deals, discounts, and freebies. And in this case, the Rock and Worship Roadshow happens to be a great deal as far as concerts go.
Instead of selling tickets ahead of time, the Rock and Worship Roadshow simply collects $10 donations at the door. If contemporary Christian music is your thing, this should be an excellent concert. The 2013 line up features MercyMe, Jeremy Camp, Kutless, Luminate, Adam Cappa, Family Force 5, and others. This is the fifth annual Rock and Worship Roadshow, and the money collected at the doors goes toward Image a Cure, which helps children with juvenile diabetes. It also supports Compassion International, a ministry concerned with releasing children from poverty and helping them to become responsible adults.
The doors for the Rock and Worship Roadshow will open at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, and the show starts at 6:00 p.m. If you have any interest in a talented lineup of Christian singers, the price is going to be extremely difficult to beat, and the proceeds benefit great causes.
