If your children have a fascination with all things Santa, consider showing them his wild side tomorrow, Wednesday, December 12, at the Beech Grove Public Library.
Thanks to a generous donation from the friends of the library, Silly Safaris and The Reindeer Reserve will fill the library with animals for children to pet, hug, talk to — including reindeer, of course. (No one has explained the layout satisfactorily to us — we’re imagining either poking your fingers through cages or a parking lot presentation that prevents reindeer poop on the carpet and bookshelves.)
The event is FREE and begins at 6:30 pm at the 1102 Main St. location, so if you’re on the southeast side, check it out … and post photos at our Facebook page.
