Presidents Day deal roundup

There are several businesses in town that are offering sales specific to Presidents Day. They don’t necessarily have much in common beyond the reference to the holiday, so chances are you’ll find something in this list that you like:

Kohls – A retail store already known for markdowns, the discounts are even better for Presidents Day. You’ll find markdowns up to 60% off, and using a Kohls charge card will earn you an extra 20% off if you use the code HEARTS20 between now and Wednesday, February 20.

Macy’s – Shop online here and remember to use the promo code PRES. Macy’s online features sales on everything of 50-60% off, and that promo code will net you an extra 10 to 15% off. This sale only lasts through today, February 18.

Aeropostale – The Presidents Day sale here lasts until Wednesday, February 20 (like Kohls), and everything is 50-70% off. Clearance is even better, as it’s 80% off.

Hot Topic – You’ll enjoy a Presidents Day deal whether you shop in-store or online. If you’re shopping online, everything is 25% off. If you come in to the store, you can take advantage of a buy one, get one half off.

Sears – Take 15% off on top of sales for appliances, mattresses, tool storage, and some spring fashions. The extra 15% comes with use of the promo code ABELINCOLN.

Home Depot – If you make a big appliance purchase for Presidents Day, you can save 10%. Lowes offers a similar offer. For Home Depot, you need to spend $397 or more to earn the 10% discount. For Lowes, it’s $399.
