Who to draft isn’t usually as easy as in this game. For where to draft, though, we’ve got you covered.
We’re all salivating at the chance to see our Indianapolis Colts in action again. For some Cheapsters out there, however, football doesn’t begin and end with just the Colts. Some out there wonder whether Adrian Peterson will have a better year running than Arian Foster. Some are debating whether to use their first round draft pick on a running back or just skip straight to Peyton Manning. Some are watching all the preseason games wondering who will perform well and who will injure themselves. These people are interested in fantasy football (and so are we).
Whether this is your first year trying fantasy football or if you are the champion of your work league three years running, you know that the draft for your league is quickly approaching. If you are looking for a fun restaurant location for your league to draft this year, you should consider one of these locations:
Broad Ripple Tavern: $15.99 gets you a pitcher of Bud Light and an order of wings or a one-topping flat bread pizza. You may not crowdsource your picks, but you can pitch in on a cheap dinner. This one is great for smaller groups that don’t qualify for the perks elsewhere.
Claude and Annie’s in Fishers keeps it simple: they’ll put a FREE pizza on the table for every six people in your draft. They have a private room waiting for you … but you have to reserve it. They are actually taking reservations via comment on their Facebook page.
Hooters: If you agree to sign up for the Hooters eClub, you can reserve your league’s spot here and receive a FREE fantasy football draft kit. In addition, you can take advantage of the FREE wifi and enjoy some hot wings on the side while you’re on the hot spot of picking between Peyton Manning and his brother Eli.
Fox and Hound: This fun bar and grill has two locations in town: Indianapolis and Carmel. If you book your fantasy draft party here you can score a $50 food credit the night of your party. Commissioners also bag a $25 reward loaded to their All Star Club card each month from September to December. Your draft kit will include a draft board and player labels, and you can enjoy the FREE wifi as you draft.
Indianapolis Colts Grille: Well of course a restaurant named after the home team will have a fantasy draft offer! First off, they are large, they have FREE wifi, and commissioners, there’s a $50 personal food credit for you. They’d like you to reserve online:

Latitude 39: The north side entertainment center known for 360 degrees of fun also offers great draft parties. For $24.99 per person, you’ll receive a long list of perks for your draft party. You’ll enjoy room rental with wifi, a draft kit, a $25 gift card for the commissioner, $10 game cards for each league member (which include double play), two movie tickets per league member, 10% off any food and beverage purchases you make, two appetizer platters and two pitchers of beer, unlimited soda and fountain drinks, and one FREE hour of bowling on a return visit. You’ll be enjoying so many freebies, you may forget about which wide receiver you wanted to draft in which round.
Stacked Pickle: If you bring ten people to your draft at this IUPUI campus favorite, triple wings and two pizzas are FREE! That’s, right, dinner on the house. The commissioner also gets two additional appetizer cards for future visits.
Scotty’s Brewhouse: These guys are serious about fantasy drafts. Book your party here, and they have $25 in FREE appetizers for your table. Then the commissioner gets $25 on his or her VIP card to spend on food and drink in September and another $25 for October. You’ll need a minimum of ten people at your drafting party to enjoy these specials, and you need to sign up in advance by emailing bmmclain@scottysbrewhouse.com.
