The weather report today is predicting another day with a high in the mid-80s on Monday, July 15. That sounds like perfect evening picnic weather to us, and the Broad Ripple Tavern agrees. Southern Wine and Spirits has partnered with the Broad Ripple Tavern to throw a party for the neighborhood in the form of a picnic from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. that night.
The picnic grub will be FREE, and you can complement your meal with $5 Ketel One and $4 Captain Morgan and Upland. Admission is FREE, but a donation at the door is suggested. The money raised will go toward public safety in Broad Ripple through the Broad Ripple Village Association Projects. If you love the Broad Ripple Tavern and the neighborhood in which it operates, this is a great way to come together and show support while enjoying a fun picnic.
In addition to the food and drinks, you can look forward to great music, local brew samplings, games, and even a raffle with donations from Village businesses. Make sure to arrive early, as the first 15 attendees will receive FREE mini-picnic baskets.
