The first movie on the Noblesville schedule – The Amazing Spider Man
Cross our hearts, we promise that we want to report all deals, discounts, and freebies here in the Indianapolis area – not just promote FREE movies. Still, we aren’t going to pass up an opportunity to let you know about them because we know how popular they tend to be. So, Cheapsters, turn your attention to Noblesville’s annual Movies in the Park Series.
The Noblesville Park Department shows these FREE movies to provide enjoyment for the entire family. You are encouraged to bring blankets, chairs, and snacks to enjoy a great movie each week in the gorgeous Forest Park. The movies begin at Forest Park’s Shelter #1 starting at dusk. Once the sun goes down, the thirty-foot inflatable movie screen will go up and you can enjoy FREE movies in the park.
Here’s the schedule of movies this year:
- Saturday August 31 – The Amazing Spider Man
- Saturday September 7 – Rise of the Guardians
- Saturday September 14 – Brave and Here Comes the Boom (yep, this one’s a double feature)
- Saturday September 21 – Wreck-It Ralph
- Saturday September 28 – Lincoln
Finally, the last movie on the schedule is Hotel Transylvania on Friday, October 4. This one is taking place at the downtown courthouse square on Friday instead of Saturday as part of the October First Friday event. FREE movies are quickly becoming our specialty, but who’s complaining? Enjoy the freebies on the big screen in Noblesville.
