Wednesdays are perfect for wings.
Apparently, Wednesdays are the nights when the American public go out to buy buffalo wings. Hooters. of course, offers Wingsday specials on all-you-can-eat wings, and now Nicolino’s Restaurant & Lounge has a special of its own. Perhaps it’s the fact that advertisers love alliteration and both “Wings” and “Wednesday” start with the same letter. Whatever the “weason,” Wednesdays are your day to spread your wings and eat them, too.
Nicolino’s Restaurant is located inside the Wyndham Hotel near the Indianapolis International Airport. Nicolino’s boasts an excellent Italian menu, but also comes across as a sports bar that’s more intimate and less noisy than a Hooters or BW3. In the month of March, you can order Coors Lite draft for just $3 as the beer special of the month. Additionally, Nicolino’s has six HDTVS (perfect for watching the NCAA tourney action after you sign up for the Indianapolis On The Cheap Bracket Challenge, hint hint) and is open nightly until 1:00 a.m.
Finally, on Wacky Wing Wednesdays this month, you can buy Nicolino’s wings for just 50 cents apiece. Considering a plate of ten wings often can set you back by $12 to $15, you’ll save tremendously if you order very many. For wing lovers, this is a weally (sorry, really) good bargain.
