It’s amazing just how much you will find at City Market downtown if you look around. City Market holds everything from Pat’s Philly Pretzels to Cafe Olivia, from Chocolate for the Spirit to Circle City Soups, and everything between. It’s a great place to find businesses you won’t find anywhere else, and with those businesses come deals, discounts, and freebies. One such business that we want to point out is the Junonia Fish Market.
Open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Junonia Fish Market is a great place for us landlocked Hoosiers to find high quality seafood. They have an extensive list of products that change depend on the season. This week, they were advertising bright red ahi, coho salmon, mero sea bass, and barramundi.
This is a particularly great month to visit the Junonia Fish Market, however, because they have designated October as National Seafood Month. October may be close to over, but you still have time to head to City Market and shop at the Junonia Fish Market during this promotional period. Until Thursday, October 31, they will take 10% off the cost of your entire purchase if you just mention to them that it is National Seafood Month.
