The first of the three Monon parties of the summer is today.
Carmel is truly the place to be tonight, between the FREE sidewalk show at Carmel City Center and the Monon Mixer. The latter of those two events is the focus here, and it offers a rare opportunity to have an adult evening before the weekend arrives.
The idea behind the Monon Mixer is with summer in the air, it’s the perfect time to cut loose and have a fun time on the cheap.
For just $10, you’ll enjoy admission to the Waterpark (at the Monon Community Center) for a party open only to those aged 21 and older. Monon Community Center members with the Escape Pass can enjoy the Monon Mixer for FREE. You are encouraged to come with your friends and/or neighbors to enjoy live music performed by The Tides Trio and take advantage of offerings from the following food vendors:

- Dog Daze of Carmel
- Aunt Jean’s Kettle Korn
- Pat’s Philly Pretzels
- Sweet Jeanius
There will be alcoholic drinks available for purchase at the Monon Mixer. We hope to see you having a great time there tonight, but don’t be too upset if you already have plans for this evening. There will be another Monon Mixer on Thursday, July 10 and a third on Thursday, August 7.
