Have you ever wondered how Labor Day came to be? It wasn’t originally designed to be a symbolic last holiday of summer, and it wasn’t a nod to delivering babies. In fact, Labor Day was designed to celebrate the economic and social contributions of workers. It was first recognized nationally in 1894 as an attempt to pacify unionists following the Pullman Strike.

Kohl’s is doing its Kohl’s Cash credits ($10 credit for every $50 you spend, to use between September 3 and 15) in addition to sales that include price slashes on clearance items.

Cheap premium movies: Pay just $6 for an RPX (that’s how they spell upscale, plush seats and added amenities) ticket at Regal Cinema, which can normally cost as much as $18.50 The $6 deal is for Regal Crown Club members, which is FREE to join.
