Kids Eat Free

When it comes to saving money on kids meals around the city, it never hurts to double check what’s out there. Here’s the list of current, vetted deals:

A2z Italian Cafe – Kids eat FREE for dinner on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. You can order one FREE kids entree for each adult entree ordered, but you can’t combine this freebie with any other offers or coupons.

Augustino’s: They call it  “Mamma Take A Break Tuesdays” but the concept is the same: kids eat FREE all day on Tuesdays at this Italian restaurant.

Barlo’s Pizza: On Wednesdays, kids 10 and under can make their own pizza and eat for FREE at Barlo’s.

Between the Bun — Burgers, Dogs and More: Monday is kids night at this restaurant in Greenwood. You get a FREE kids meal with every adult meal purchase from 5 pm to 9 pm.

Bob Evans: Kids eat FREE and enjoy special activities on Tuesday family nights. From July 1 – 31, 2014: Kids eat FREE all day every day with adult purchase.

Carino’s Italian: Drop in on Thursdays, and kids eat FREE, one per each adult entree purchased.

Casler’s Kitchen and Bar: Kids eat FREE on Mondays from 5 pm to 9 pm at this Fishers’ establishment. Great way to start the week, huh?

Cheeseburger in Paradise: Take the kiddie-boos here on Tuesday nights for FREE meals. Fishers, Southport—doesn’t matter. The deal is chainwide.

Chick Fil A: Like Golden Corral, different franchise locations have different rules. Here are three specific Chick Fil A locations with deals especially for kids:

• Noblesville: Buy one kids meal, get one FREE on Tuesday nights. Balloon twisting fun takes place on the first and third Tuesday of the month.
• Castleton Square Mall Food Court: FREE kids meal with adult combo meal on Tuesday nights. This location has balloon twisting fun every Tuesday night.
• Clearwater Crossing: Same deal as Castleton, but on Wednesday nights instead of Tuesdays.

Chili’s: Tuesday is the magic day when kids under 12 eat FREE all day, with purchase of adult entree.

Claddagh Irish Pub – Kids aged 10 and younger eat FREE with the purchase of an adult entree all day on Sundays.

C.R. Heroes Family Pub: Kids 12 and younger eat FREE after 5:00 p.m. on Tuesdays (with the purchase of an adult meal).

Denny’s: Kids 10 and under eat FREE on Tuesday and Saturday nights from 4 to 10 p.m. You can receive up to two FREE kids’ entrees from the kids’ menu per one regularly priced adult entree purchase.

Detour Grille Geist/Fishers and Geist: It’s twice as nice here because kids eat FREE every Tuesday and Thursday.

Earth Fare: Kids pay nothing for their meals on Thursday between 4 pm and 8 pm. You can get up to six FREE means with a $5 adult purchase.

Fazoli’s: Tuesday nights are golden: between 5 and 8 pm, every adult meal allows you to purchase two kids meals at .99 each. The meals are FREE during Saturdays in September for children wearing soccer uniforms.

Golden Corral: Each Golden Corral operates under slightly different procedures. However, the restaurant in Noblesville offers kids nights on Tuesdays, with special pricing on kids meals and more balloon entertainment.

Granite City: With the purchase of an adult entree, kids eat FREE on Sundays after 5:00 p.m.

Grindstone Charley’s: Kids eat FREE on Wednesday nights and are also entertained by magicians and/or balloon animal-makers.

Illinois Street Food Emporium: Kids eat FREE on Friday evenings at this Indianapolis classic.

Indianapolis Indians: Yah, we’re talking the city’s baseball team. On Sunday home games, kids 14 and under receive a hot dog, bag of chips and bottle of water with price of admission.

Johnny Rockets: Kids eat FREE, but at different times depending on your location. The Greenwood location offers the freebie every other Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Castleton location is offering kids night every Wednesday, but from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. In either case, a balloon artist is also on hand for the occasion.

JT’s Grille and Bar: Wednesday is the magic night here, where children eat FREE on family night when you order an adult entree.

Latitude 39: Mondays from 4 pm to 9 pm, kids 12 and under get a FREE kids meal, a game of bowling and a $5 game card with each paid adult entree. That’ a $14.99 value.

Lone Star Steakhouse: Kids eat FREE on Tuesdays, and you can order up two kids’ meals with the purchase of each dinner entree.

Max & Erma’s: The magic FREE night here is Tuesday for both the Greenwood and Carmel locations and includes soda, milk or juice. It’s for 12 and under with adult meal purchase.

MacKenzie River Pizza: This north-side pizza restaurant offers kids eat FREE all day on Tuesdays.

MCL Cafeteria: Kids eat FREE on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday at MCL.

Michaelangelos Italian Bistro: This Noblesville restaurant lets kids eat FREE on Wednesday nights. They can also enjoy balloon twisting fun those same nights.

Moe’s Southwest Grill: With the purchase of an adult entree, you can order a FREE kids meal (going along with the FREE chips and salsa every entree always receives). The eligible times for this deal are all day on Sundays and Wednesdays after 4:00 p.m.

Papa Joe’s Jr.: Kids 12 and under eat free with a purchase of an entrée at Papa Joes Jr every Tuesday from 4 pm to 9 pm at this Avon restaurant.

Paragon Family Restaurant: You’ve hit the jackpot now. Paragon offers a kids eat FREE deal Monday through Thursday, for children under 12 and with an accompanying adult purchase.

Patriot Grill – Kids eat FREE Tuesday nights from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. A magician often stops by to entertain the kids these nights, too.

Penn Station: Kids eat FREE on Tuesdays from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Provided that you have ordered an adult sandwich, fries, and drink, you will receive a FREE kids meal (valued at $4.69, one of the bigger savings).

Pizza Pete’s Italian Gardens: Kids eat FREE at this east side establishment every Tuesday.

RockStar Pizza: Kids eat FREE every Sunday at this local Brownsburg pizza place (located at 922 East Main Street).

Rusty Bucket: Rusty Bucket has a reading program for kids. For every five books a child reads and tracks, the Rusty Bucket will give the child a FREE meal. Ask your server for a Bucketeer Bookworm Bookmark Tracker.

Scotty’s Brewhouse: Kids eat FREE on Tuesdays and Sundays. Provided that kids order off the designated kids menu, you will receive one FREE kids meal for every adult entree purchased at the downtown and 96th St. locations. This is part of their VIP club program, but you can sign up for FREE in the restaurant or online.

Steak N Shake: All weekend, you can receive one FREE kids’ plate for every $8 spent, excluding drinks and shakes.

Studio Movie Grill – This dinner-and-a-movie-all-in-one-place restaurant does kids eat FREE on Thursday nights.

Teddy’s Burger Joint: On Tuesdays, kids eat FREE and can also play in the sandpit and chalkboard playroom. On a side note, the Plainfield and Carmel locations of Teddy’s Burger Joint have closed.

Uno Chicago Grill: Every Tuesday, kids eat FREE–one child’s meal per adult entree. {NOTE: Because New Year’s Eve falls on a Tuesday, that KEF night moves to Monday, December 30.}
