It’s time to support the newest team in town, the Indy Eleven.
The newest professional team in Indianapolis is the Indy Eleven, the soccer team that is making its debut in the North American Soccer League this year. Much of the emphasis this week is on the Big Ten Mens Tournament coming to Bankers Life Fieldhouse, as well as on the Pacers trying to right the ship after a four-game losing streak and hold on to the number one ranking in the Eastern Conference. However, today is a great day to focus on the Indy Eleven, and jump on the bandwagon if you haven’t done so already.
The festivities today begin with the Goals for Indy Kickoff Party. From 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 11, you’re invited to the Emmis Communications Building at 40 Monument Circle. If you click here, you can get tickets for the Kickoff Party. If you RSVP for the party, you’ll be entered to win Indy Eleven prizes, which include autographed jerseys and special edition Goals for Indy scarves. If you decide to attend, we also advise you to arrive early. The first 200 fans through the doors will get FREE Goals for Indy t-shirts.
After the Kickoff Party concludes, the party transitions from Emmis to Flat 12 Bierwerks. Starting at 6:30 p.m. at Flat 12 HQ (414 Dorman Street), you can mingle with Indy Eleven players and enjoy great brews. Flat 12 will have limited edition giveaways, so you can pick up Indy Eleven swag at both halves of this awesome afternoon.
