The weather is perfect for the Bikeshare Launch Party.
Everyone knows about the Pacers and their playoff quest. What isn’t as familiar to Cheapsters is the Indiana Pacers Bikeshare. Indy’s public bicycle-sharing system is named after the team, and features 25 stations and 250 bikes. The bikes are available to anyone with either a 24-hour pass or annual membership, and make city travel a breeze. In the meantime, this afternoon is the official launch of the Pacers Bikeshare. Before the team takes the court, you can enjoy the launch party from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 22. All 250 bikes will be in circulation, and you can enjoy music, Flat12 beer, and local food at City Market. You have to register ahead of time to attend this party, and you can sign up by clicking here. After that, have fun at the party and go Pacers!
