Getting inside Assembly Hall to watch an IU basketball game is most Hoosier fans’ goal — throw in dinner and it’s a deal worthy of top mention here at Indianapolis on the Cheap.
Yah, OK. We both own the candy-stripe breakaways. But still, this is a good deal.
Indiana University is selling balcony tickets to the Evansville game next Tuesday, November 26 at Assembly Hall for $20 per seat, and that includes a Coke and hot dog. The concession stand perk alone was worth $6.50 last time I was on the fan side of the counter with my credit card in hand. You must purchase a minimum of four tickets, and you can order by calling (866) 487-7678. (That’s 866-IUSPORTS for those of you who prefer words to remember a phone number.)
Tip-off is at 8 pm, but if you’re a fan, you don’t want to miss the big introduction show ahead of time. Even from these lofty seats, you can’t miss the fact that Noah Vonley is a beast.
