Do you believe in magic? When you’re enjoying a show by a masterful illusionist, it’s incredibly hard to comprehend how he or she pulls off the tricks performed. While you can tell yourself over and over that there’s a secret to pulling off the trick, it’s next to impossible to see it with your own eyes. In these cases, it’s more fun to just sit back and enjoy the magical entertainment. One such example is Indy Magic Monthly.
Coming up on Wednesday, June 5, you can watch four performers with Indy Magic Monthly on the Main stage at Theatre on the Square (627 Massachusetts Avenue). The lobby opens at 7:00 p.m. and the show starts at 7:30 p.m. Adults can enjoy this magical night for just $20. Full-time students, senior citizens, and military with ID pay just $12 a ticket. Finally, a family with up to two adults and two children (the children under the age of 15) can purchase a Family Ticket for $50.
Of the four magicians performing for this Indy Magic Monthly show entitled Barely Legal II, three are returning entertainers: Chicago’s Bill Cook, Trent James from the 3rd Annual Indy Fringe Winter Magic Festival, and Cody Comet who is a junior at Louisville and is returning for his fifth Indy Magic Monthly event. The newcomer to the stage is a nine-year-old named The Great Loudini who will performing his own version of the Straight Jacket Escape.
You can click here to order tickets. Not only will you see great magic performed at Indy Magic Monthly, but you also have a shot at some cool door prizes and other surprises along the way.
