Right now, the Indiana Ice are sitting in 6th place in the Eastern conference of the USHL. While that may seem a bit discouraging at first, there are two good ways to look at that statistic. First of all, the season is still young and our Ice have time to rise through the rankings. Second, they are preparing to host the team in last place in the conference this weekend. Best of all, you have a chance to see that game on the cheap.
The YMCA has a deal with the Indiana Ice that means they can distribute discounted tickets to certain games. This Saturday’s game is on that roster, so you can watch the Indiana Ice battle the Chicago Steel. The game starts at 7:05 p.m. on Saturday, November 9 at Bankers Life Fieldhouse (yep, where the Pacers play). If you decide to attend the game, you can take advantage of $5 game day parking available at the Maryland Street parking garage.
As for the tickets themselves, click here and make sure you enter ‘YMCA‘ when asked for a Group ID. Once you’ve done that, you can purchase premium tickets for $15. If you prefer, you can pay just $11 for goal zone tickets instead. Either way, you’ll be in for a rousing game of hockey.
