Willkomen to BBQ season
One of the most fun aspects of summer is being able to grill outdoors. While the most hardcore grillers will fire up the sizzler in any kind of weather, the most comfortable times to do so are on those warm summer evenings. As you’re starting up your grill this year, you should think about attending a BBQ smoking demonstration starting at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 4 at the German American Klub.
Located at 8602 S. Meridian Street on the south side of Indianapolis, the German American Klub is probably most well known for its Edelweiss restaurant. The cooks at Edelweiss are masters of their craft, preparing German cuisine as tasty as the authentic product overseas. One of these cooks, Scott Christy, also knows a thing or two about barbecue. He will be the one providing the smoking demonstration, armed with several specially prepared sauces.
Like all the best cooking demonstrations, the German American Klub will be providing samples for you to assess the quality yourselves.
