Well, sorta. Uno is donating 20% of your bill today (April 26) to The One Fund, set up to help those impacted by the events at the Boston Marathon. You just need to print out and bring in this coupon and present it to your waiter. Then enjoy your order and good company on a Friday night.
They are urging diners to wear your Boston gear tonight in honor of our fellow Americans, although Patriots uniforms might be a bit scarce in Hoosier country for that celebration.
Midnight is also the cutoff to participate in our campaign to buy a cup of coffee for the Boston police. The roaster is gearing up to start making fresh beans and grind them to ship to the station houses — the more $1 bills everyone throws in, the more coffee pots we can fill. To date, we’ve raised nearly enough to for 1,500 individual cups of coffee.
