In spite of the fact that we have written posts in the past about Goose the Market, the name of this unconventional business located at 2503 N. Delaware Street always makes us chuckle. What we’re more serious about, however, is FREE wine tasting. That’s exactly what awaits you tonight at Goose the Market if you stop by.
From 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. tonight on Wednesday, June 11, you can meet a guest to Goose the Market named Tommaso Marzi. He is a fifth-generation Tuscan vineyard owner, and his Bibbiano Winery is famous for its sangiovese and chianti (while we aren’t wine experts, we suspect that information will resonate with many of our Cheapsters). Tonight, Goose the Market will be offering complimentary pours of Tommaso’s products.
In addition, they’ll be providing FREE samples of a rare cheese. To be specific, Goose the Market will have samples of a limited, extra-aged Tuscan Pecorino cheese that should go perfectly with the wine. If you want to inject a little extra taste into your Wednesday evening, Goose the Market is the place to be.
