It is our solemn vow to you, our dear Cheapsters, that we will continue to provide you with ideas for romantic (or at least endearing) Valentine’s Day gifts and gestures this week. We promise to post at least one deal today, tomorrow, Wednesday, and Thursday this week that could provide you with a Valentine’s Day idea. If you don’t think this is a particularly impressive set of vows (we don’t think it will be all that challenging, though it’s worth it to us if it helps even a few of you), you can show us what a real set of vows looks like this Friday by participating in FREE vow renewals.
Indianapolis City Market downtown is sharing the love this Valentines Day by providing FREE vow renewals to all interested couples. It’s all part of the second annual Sharing the Love group vow renewal. This is a big enough ceremony that Indianapolis City Mayor Greg Ballard himself will be officiating the proceedings. If you come out to 222 E. Market Street in the heart of downtown Indianapolis for Valentine’s Day, libations will be provided for you and all other couples. The festivities last from 11:00 a.m. to noon on Friday, February 14.
This is just another bit of evidence that romance doesn’t have to disappear after you say “I do” to your Valentine. Vow renewals are a beautiful demonstration of the love that has not diminished, but has in fact gotten stronger for married couples. So for those Cheapsters out there who fit that description, we salute you and hope you’ll find this lovie-dovie freebie useful this week.
