One of the more intimidating types of services to seek out is that of legal aid. Law is a complicated field, but you don’t have to let your nerves stop you from asking the questions you have. From 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday October 23, you can come to Community Rooms A and B of the Greenwood Public Library for a FREE Walk-in Legal Advice Clinic.
Lawyers from Legal Aid District 11 will be present to offer FREE legal advice on a first come, first served basis. The volunteers for Legal Aid District 11 are lawyers and mentors that usually cover Bartholomew, Brown, Decatur, Jackson, and Jennings County. They are ready to guide you on any topics where you have questions over our legal system, so come prepared with any questions you have that you would like answered by an expert.
