History is more interesting on a bike
We’ve got two questions for you – do you own a bike that you enjoy riding, and would you like to learn more about the city of Indianapolis? If you answered ‘yes’ to these questions, this post is definitely for you. At 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday September 19, a new up-and-coming tour company called ActiveIndy is providing a casual bike tour of Midtown. Chief Exploration Officer Nathan Smurdon will be leading the tour, providing tidbits of Indianapolis history as you pedal along. The tour will finish at the Jazz Kitchen for complimentary appetizers. It is FREE to participate in this bike tour, but you need to follow this link and RSVP ahead of time so that the Jazz Kitchen will know how many appetizers to provide. The tour begins at The Speak Easy at 5255 North Winthrop Avenue in Indianapolis.
