Haven’t heard about Locke, coming to a theater near you in May?
Confession time: we had not. But all it took was the name Tom Hardy to get our attention. In his latest flick, he plays Ivan Locke, who has worked diligently to craft the life he has envisioned, dedicating himself to the job that he loves and the family he adores. On the eve of the biggest challenge of his career, Ivan receives a phone call that sets in motion a series of events that will unravel his family, job, and soul. All taking place over the course of one absolutely riveting car ride, Locke is an exploration of how one decision can lead to the complete collapse of a life.
And then click here to fill out the entry form for our ticket giveaway to the screening on Tuesday, May 13 at 7:30 pm at Keystone Arts Cinema. We have at least 50 pairs of tickets to award to our winners, who will receive notice in their email on Friday, May 9.
As always, we remind you that a ticket is not a guaranteed seat, so plan to arrive well before the 7:30 start time. Locke, directed by acclaimed filmmaker Steven Knight, is a thrillingly unique cinematic experience of a man fighting to salvage all that is important to him—but you definitely want to limit your drama to the big screen. Those who roll in at 7:25 will probably miss the show.
