Indianapolis On The Cheap has almost completed its first year of existence. We are happy to be coming up on this milestone, but it truly puts it into more perspective for us when we consider that the Elbow Room is approaching 80. If you’ve been in business for 80 years, you’re clearly doing more than one thing right. And appropriately, the Elbow Room is doing more than one thing to celebrate this milestone next week.
From Wednesday, June 26 to Saturday, June 29, you are welcome to drop by the Elbow Room Pub and Deli during this special anniversary time period. Located at 605 N. Pennsylvania Street in Indy, the Elbow Room will be kicking off its celebration with a VIP Party on Wednesday June 26. You’re encouraged to attend dressed in gangster and flapper gear from Prohibition. The first 100 through the door will receive FREE Anniversary etched rocks glasses.
The celebration continues with a Prohibition Trivia Night on Thursday, June 27, a Maker’s Mark dipping party on Friday, June 28 and another party with half-price appetizers and more on Saturday, June 29. Throughout the week, you’ll enjoy cocktail and beer specials, Facebook Contests, and plenty of giveaways. The Elbow Room made it to 80 years with great food and cool atmosphere. With parties like the ones coming up next week, you can count on a centennial celebration in 20 years.
