Earth Day may not arrive until Monday, April 22, but some companies aren’t waiting that long to demonstrate their care for the natural environment and for promoting sustainability. One such company is Target, a company with a history of observing Earth Day. This year, make sure you come into Target for at least one freebie and the opportunity at more.
Starting at 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, April 21, Target will be celebrating Earth Day a day early by giving away 1.5 million FREE reusable bags at stores across the country. Of the 1.5 million, 250,000 will also contain samples of such sustainable products as method Dish Soap, Burt’s Bees Moisturizing Cream, and much more. In addition to the FREE bags, Target will also be giving away sustainable product coupon books. These books offer over $40 in savings if you take advantage of them.
Target commits itself to helping guests lead more sustainable lifestyles. This isn’t just true on Earth Day, though that is a special annual reminder.
