Tickets are on sale now for Dig IN, a Taste of Indiana. Known as Indiana’s Farm to Fork Celebration, Dig IN brings local farmers, chefs, brewers, vintners, and food enthusiasts to indulge in the tastes of Indiana. The event is open to the public from Noon to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 25 at White River State Park in Downtown Indianapolis.
If you attend Dig IN, you can sample food from more than 35 of Indiana’s finest chefs. They will be preparing dishes from fresh produce and meat directly from Indiana farms. It is highly recommended that you come hungry so that you can fill up on the delicacies. Dig IN has also partnered with the Indiana Wine Grape Council and the Brewers of Indiana Guild to ensure that you’ll have tasty beverages to complement the food. Along the way, plan to be entertained by a wide range of local bands playing around the park. You can also watch one of the cooking classes scheduled for the afternoon.
So, why are we bringing up this event over a month in advance? You can attend Dig IN for $10 off the regular price if you order tickets before the early bird price expires on Friday, July 26. The regular price is $40 per person, but you can order tickets early and pay just $30 to Dig IN.
