All you ladies out there – would you like to gather with some other friendly women on a Friday evening and tackle fun artistic projects while having a fun time together? If you haven’t heard of You Are The Potter, it is a unique paint-you-own pottery studio. It’s located at 1211 North Madison Avenue in Greenwood (across the street from Greenwood Park Mall), and it has a wide selection of pottery options to choose from.
Expect to find anything from mugs to plates, bowls to kids items, etc. Specifically for the ladies, however, You Are The Potter holds periodic Diva Nights, and the next one will be from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on the evening of Friday, November 30. You pay just a $5 studio fee and you can spend a fun-filled evening with your best girlfriends making your own pottery. This will likely be the last Diva Night before Christmas, so make reservations as soon as you can. Finally, Diva Nights are BYOB, and you can also bring along any snacks you would like to share.
