Make a hobby of saving money at Xmas
Yep, it’s that time of year. We have no intention of skipping Veteran’s Day or Thanksgiving at Indy on the Cheap, but the Christmas deals are starting to flood in, and we want to keep you on top of all the action.
The Christmas Gift and Hobby Show at the Indiana State Fairgrounds is a tradition for many families. It starts Wednesday, November 5 and runs through Sunday, November 9. They’ve attracted 350 merchants this year, along with a FREE antique appraisal (one per person) on Wednesday at 12, 3 and 6 pm and Thursday at 11 am and 2 pm, daily pet adoptions, a live entertainment stage, a LEGO display and drawings for prize giveaways.
But the best deal starts with a discount. Head over to their website and save a minimum of $3 off general admission. Don’t forget to print off and take advantage of vendor coupons under that same tab. Tickets at the gate are $12 per person, children 12 and under are free.
