We are excited to report that a new restaurant option has arrived in Indianapolis. If you hadn’t heard of Dicks Last Resort yet, now you have. Dicks Last Resort opened its 13th nationwide location at 111 W. Maryland Street in downtown Indianapolis on January 23. Dick’s catchphrase is the “Shame O’ Indy,” painting itself as a unique alternative. It isn’t often that the server provides entertainment to go with the food, but Dicks Last Resort goes the extra mile for originality and fun times.
Besides the outrageous humor, Dicks brings a cool atmosphere and an impressive menu to town. We want to highlight the best deal we could find at Dicks Last Resort, which at this time seems to be the lunch specials. From 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, you can buy each of these specials for just $5.99. While the meals vary based on the day, the ‘Working Stiff Specials’ always include fries and a drink:
- Monday: Bacon Cheddar Burger
- Tuesday: Wrap It Up (with grilled chicken, black beans, rice, pico de gallo, and pepper jack cheese)
- Wednesday: Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich
- Thursday: Dick’s Big Pig (Pulled pork sandwich with BBQ sauce and slaw)
