Families who look for our kids eat free deals in restaurants are going to love the current trend in vacationing: Cruises are joining the bandwagon with kids sail FREE offers.
Norwegian Cruise Lines (NCL) are allowing kids in your cabin at no extra charge when you book any ship to any destination between now and March 31. Plus, you’re still eligible for perks like free balcony upgrades and military or AARP member discounts. Check out the cruise line’s website or call a local travel agent. It won’t cost you any more to have them book it for you, and the cruise line will pay them a commission to put a little extra income in an Indy family’s pocket.
Royal Caribbean: The availability on cabins and sailings is more limited with Royal Caribbean, but the deal is the same: book before March 31 and the children tag along in your cabin FREE. Plus, you’re eligible for cabin upgrades. Available sailings are Australia, Bahamas, Bermuda, Caribbean and Europe departing May 1 – December 15, 2014. Again, you can work directly with the cruise line or a local travel agent to grab this savings.
Both of these deals are worth several hundred dollars per child. Oh, and the kicker? The actual language on these offers is that the third and fourth parties in the same cabin are who sails FREE, so no one has to worry if their “children” are almost ready to graduate high school. If you can stand to be in the same cabin together, the deal is on!
