Week One may not have been the start to the season we Indianapolis Colts fans were hoping for, as Luck and the gang came up just short in a huge comeback against Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos. Still, we have a whole season of games ahead to watch our Colts on the field. Off the field, Cheapsters can enjoy some Colts-themed deals around town during the season. Here’s the list we’ve compiled so far:
- Arby’s: Head into your local Arby’s restaurant this month and you can corral all six Colts collectible glasses. The players featured on the glasses will rotate every two weeks, and you can purchase one for $3.99 or grab a pair for $6.99.
- Colts in Motion: If you think a 42-foot-long traveling museum of interactive Colts history and memorabilia sounds like a good time to you, you’ll want to check out the Colts in Motion Schedule to see which event it is traveling to next. Like the Pacers Fan Van, Colts in Motion moves around. It will be visiting six college campuses around Indiana, along with plenty of other local events. Colts in Motion is FREE of charge.
- Colts Porta Potty: This is too hilarious not to pass on to our Cheapsters. You can show your Colts pride by renting the only restroom in town adorned with our team’s beloved horseshoe. You can call (317) 849-6200 to get a quote on rental price. This is an actual offer – we’re not joking with you. You should check out the Restroom Features yourself, as they will make you chuckle. We won’t spoil the surprise here, but we laughed out loud at the suggestion of taking selfies in one of these Lucas Oil-official portable restrooms.
- Dave and Buster’s Thirsty Thursday – This isn’t exactly a Colts deal, but most of our Cheapsters will treat it as such. On Thursday evenings at the Indy Dave and Buster’s, wearing your team’s jersey means you’ll receive unlimited video game play with the purchase of any powercard during gametime. As far as we can tell, the Colts don’t have to actually be playing in the Thursday night game for this perk to count, but you might want to call ahead to make sure.
- Meijer: Meijer Blue Friday takes place at participating Meijer locations before every home game. Check out the Meijer Blue Friday list of locations to figure out which location is holding the festivities on any particular Friday. If you attend, you can win tickets, register to win autographed prizes, and see the Colts Cheerleaders.
- Papa Johns Pizza: Take 50% off your regular menu price online order the day after a Colts win by entering the code COLTS50. (If you’re a Papa Rewards Member, the score doesn’t matter. If the Colts played the day before, you get your order half off.)
- Teddy’s Burger Joint: Teddy’s will show the game while offering tasty beer specials all day. If you wear your Colts gear on game day, they’ll even throw you a 10% discount
- Northsiders, we’re not leaving you out! Latitude 360 spins its wheel of fortune after every Colts touchdown and everyone in the HD Sports Theater wins the prize it stops on. We’re talking $5 game cards, free bowling passes, Cinegrille tickets, comedy tickets, free appetizers or $5 off your bill. It’s crowd bonding at its finest.
- Check to see if your closest McDonald’s is participating in the Sack for a FREE Big Mac promotion. When the Colts get a sack, the Big Mac is buy one, get one FREE the next day.
- When the Colts win, you can buy a six-inch sub and get one FREE the next day at Subway. They do require a drink purchase as well.
