We’re taking a straw(berry) poll of all the farmers markets around town.
If you look closer at the top of our page today, you may notice a new tab among the Restaurants, Entertainment, Sports, etc. This new tab is Local Farmers Markets, and we encourage you to check it out if you’re interested in shopping for local products around town. We will keep this new tab up throughout the season.
Farmers markets offer opportunities to support the local economy and the growers in our community. We’re looking for farmers markets on all sides of town, but it’s tough to keep track of all of them. That means we’re asking you, our Cheapsters, for help. Check out the markets we already list on our tab, and let us know of any you see that we’ve missed. Between our continued research and your help, we want to build this page to the biggest of its kind in Indianapolis.
