If you enjoyed our post about a week’s worth of wings but kept thinking to yourself, “I sure wish they would talk about tacos,” you’re in luck. Here’s our guide to Indianapolis’ best cheap taco deals.
On the Border. All day on Tuesdays only, you can select tacos from a specific menu with low prices. For just $2 each, you can enjoy tacos with ground beef, pulled chicken, or veggies. For $3 each, you can enjoy pork carnitas, barbacoa (translation: shredded beef), or grilled chicken. For $4 each, you can give your tacos the royal treatment with grilled fish or steak.
Tijuana Flats. We’re guessing it’s because of the hard ‘t’ sound, but Tijuana Flats also has its best taco pricing on Tuesdays. Taco Tuesdaze at Tijuana Flats in Fishers means you can enjoy two tacos, chips, and a drink for just $5.49 all day. Also, if you follow the link, you can check out the new website design at Tijuana Flats. It may not be an extra discount, but it’s a fun website to explore for a couple of minutes if you’re bored while you read this post.
Dave and Buster’s. Guess what – it’s another Tuesday offer. Dave and Buster’s may not be an authentic Mexican restaurant, but they have an authentic Taco Tuesday deal. All day from open to close on Tuesdays, you can enjoy $1 hard-shell beef tacos with lettuce and cheese.
La Bamb. The slogan at this Mexican grill is “burritos as big as your head,” and they aren’t exaggerating (well, ok, kinda sorta). They are worth a try in their own right, but we’re keeping the focus of this post on the tacos. Every night, La Bamba sells its tacos for just 99 cents each. Theirs come with your choice of meat, lettuce, tomatoes, onion, and La Bamba salsa.
La Chinita Poblana. If you’re looking for a fusion between Mexican and Chinese food, La Chinita Poblana is exactly where you want to go. This unique restaurant is located at 927 E. Westfield Boulevard in Broadripple Village. The best prices on tacos at La Chinita Poblana are for the late-night eaters. After 11:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday nights, you can order two tacos for just $5. You can have them delivered to your home until 2:00 a.m. if you live in or near Broad Ripple, or you can visit them until they close at 4:00 a.m. those nights.
Roscoe’s Tacos Franklin. Southsiders, Roscoe’s second location on Morton Street in Frankly serves its Paul Bunyan tacos 2 for $4 all day, every day.
