As it turns out, tomorrow is National Filet Mignon Day. We aren’t sure why Tuesday, August 13 is the day chosen for the tenderest cut of steak, but it is what it is. Morton’s is joining the celebration tomorrow, and invites you to join them. In a nod to the food holiday, Morton’s will be serving petite filet mignon sandwiches for $1 apiece in the bar. Picture your standard hamburger on a bun, but replace the ground beef with the high-quality filet mignon you expect from a world-class steakhouse like Morton’s. In other words, the best hamburger you’ve probably ever tasted.
These heaven-on-buns will be available from open to close in the bar as long as supplies last. Morton’s is located at 41 E. Washington Street in the heart of Downtown Indy.
