With eBooks you can download on your tablet or Kindle, the brick and mortar stores that sell physical books have been finding it harder to stay in business. Some, however, have adapted with the times and found ways to thrive. That’s Books a Million.
In case the title of this post wasn’t too much of a giveaway, the “super” freebie involves Superman. In recognition of the fact that Man of Steel opens in theaters this weekend, anyone who stops by a Books a Million store today on Wednesday, June 12 will receive a FREE Superman comic book. The only Books a Million store here in the Indianapolis area is located at 5750 West 86th Street on the north side. The store opens at 10:00 a.m. and is open until 9:00 p.m., giving you plenty of time to include a quick stop in your daily routine.
Books a Million will be handing out the copies of All-Star Superman #1, a comic book written by Grant Morrison and Frank Quitely. It’s a great way to ramp up your excitement for the big movie coming out in a couple of days, and the best part is that it is FREE.
