We ran several posts last month about New Year’s Resolutions and about ways to keep them on the cheap. If you are still going strong now that February has arrived, congratulations and stay strong. And if your resolution involved getting in better shape, we can offer you another opportunity to stick to that goal. Bicycle Garage Indy (or BGi Fitness) is holding a FREE Hoist Night on two evenings this week.
You can attend a session at 6:30 p.m. or 8:00 p.m. on either night. BGi Fitness South is holding the FREE sessions on Tuesday, February 5 while BGi Fitness North is holding theirs on Wednesday, February 6. As for the Hoist Night, it is all about giving you more education on strength training. Hoist Fitness is sending Joey Osborne to motivate you to achieve your fitness goals and learn more about proper strength training. He will discuss topics such as controlling weight, developing strong bones, reducing your risk of injury, managing chronic conditions, and more.
The FREE sessions last an hour, and you’ll be able to try out some of the suggested exercises yourself. There’s no cost to attend these sessions, but you do need to register so that BGi Fitness doesn’t have too many people to teach properly. Click here to register.
