Well, all the basketball games have now been played. 68 Teams entered the Mens NCAA Basketball Tournament, and fans across the nation filled out predictions to compete in Bracket Challenge contests. We at Indianapolis on the Cheap were happy to offer a FREE Bracket Challenge ourselves, and we want to thank everyone who participated. All of our brackets were torn apart by the end of the tournament, but the unpredictability is what makes March Madness great.
Even going into the National Championship last night, the winning bracket was up in the air. The two brackets still vying for the championship were “My Official Bracket” from Cory R and “Jon’s Irish Bracket” from Jon. It came down to the final game between Louisville and Michigan, which all of you know was played last night in Atlanta. Now that the game has finished and “One Shining Moment” has played on all our television sets, we are happy to announce our Bracket Challenge Champion.
The winner was Jon’s Irish Bracket, with a final score of 114 points. Calling the champion is a must if you want to win a Bracket Challenge, and that’s exactly what Jon did. He called Louisville to win it all, and the Cardinals delivered in a high-quality shootout of a title game.
As promised, we’re prepared to send Jon a $25 Visa gift card for his bracketology prowess. Thank you again to all our participants, and we look forward to offering a Bracket Challenge again next March. Until then, here’s to a fun off-season full of deals, discounts, and freebies.

I was actually the one fighting for first place. I picked Louisville to win and Jon beat me by one point. If it would’ve been chosen by tie breaker, I would of won. I guessed Louisville 82-79 and he guessed 55-50. The score was 82-76. I will settle for second place, but I will be back next year to win it. Congrats to Jon.

At least you were in the running. I was in a pool where you drew teams from a hat. Every team I drew lost by the second round!
